Robert,
ADAMSON refers to a contemporary maker of spurs - eg: modern day.
Perhaps they are copies?

I have a pair of spurs with a mark I cannot find they are silver or plated silver with the initial CR with a horshoe around the CR. They have leather straps and are in pretty good shape. Any info is appreciated.
